Our Q & A with Tonya
What made you want to join EWPBF?
I joined this networking group after being introduced at an event for the Delray Chamber, where Vicki Pugh was a speaker. The incredible work of this women’s foundation in our community inspired me to connect with like-minded professionals. Together, women can break down barriers, share knowledge, and amplify each other’s strengths. When we collaborate, we create opportunities for growth, empower one another to reach new heights, and make a lasting impact—while also giving back to the community that supports us. I wanted to be part of a network that nurtures this spirit of unity, support, and collective success.
How has EWPBF helped your career so far?
EWPBF has been an invaluable resource in expanding my personal connections with other professional women, some I have know prior and a lot of new faces. Through the foundation’s events and networking opportunities, I’ve been able to connect with a diverse group of accomplished women who share similar goals and values. The collaborative environment encourages genuine relationships. Being part of this supportive community has provided me with access to new opportunities, insights, and a network of women who uplift and empower each other.
