Membership in Executive Women of the Palm Beaches Foundation is open to women who live and /or work in Palm Beach County and meet certain professional criteria. Membership applicants must hold an executive leadership position with oversight of at least two employees, be the owner of a business and/or hold elected public office for at least two years. Applicants must hold and be the owner of and/or hold elected public, be actively involved with and demonstrate leadership commitment to at least one community based organization (i.e. board member, committee, chair, etc.). In addition, a candidate needs to have a sponsor who will recommend a new member and serve as a mentor.

EWPB offers two levels of Individual annual memberships: Executive ($350) and Gracey ($225). At each level of membership, Individual members experience a supportive and inclusive space that empowers them to build relationships, expand their knowledge, collaborate and share ideas, and ultimately grow their careers. Gracey membership is exclusively for past presidents and board members who have been executive members for 8 years.

Membership in the Gracey Society is open to EWPBF past presidents or involved members who have served on the Board for at least two terms, chaired at least two or more committees, and who have been Executive Members for over eight years. Eligibility is determined by the Board of Directors.
