What I Do Chief Operating Officer. Successfully branded and scaled practice, overseeing all aspects of practice growth, scaling to three locations, with fourth opening summer 2025, and $9M+ in annual revenue. 3x increase in profits. LPS now includes Lickstein Plastic Surgery, a surgical office with medical spa services, a free standing Lickstein Plastic Surgery Medical Spa in Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, Lickstein Plastic Surgery at Sanctuary Spa in Tradition Square, Port Saint Lucie, and coming in summer 2025, a Quad A certified office based operating suite in Palm Beach Gardens and in 2026 an expansion to the medical park at Avenir. Branded practice with strong community involvement, named Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for 2024. Having cared for nearly 60,000 patients in our community, giving back is a core value of Lickstein Plastic Surgery. Proud to be a 2024 WILA nominee, a founding and ten year member of Impact the Palm Beaches and presenting sponsor of the Palm Beach North Women in Business Council Mentorship Academy for the last 5 years, enabling over 140 women to attend this impactful program. Our practice is annually engaged with Susan G Komen Foundation, The Plastic Surgery Education Foundation Breast Reconstruction Awareness Campaign, Place of Hope, and JAFCO and Jupiter Medical Center Foundation, among others.
