What I Do As co-owner and COO, I set strategic planning with focus on scaling and profitability annually. Having successfully scaled our medical spa to a multi million dollar exit in 2025, and opened our OR which achieved Quad A certification, my focus is on scaling our surgical practice, staff development and instilling a culture of Unreasonable Hospitality. As a certified Unreasonable Hospitality Coach, I have spoken at several major industry conferences in the aesthetics field.
