What I Do As the Executive Director of a nonprofit dedicated to helping single mothers experiencing homelessness, my role is to lead with compassion and purpose. I guide our team in creating a safe, supportive environment where moms and their children can find stability, grow, and work toward independence. Beyond overseeing daily operations and budgets, I work to build strong relationships with donors, partners, and the community to bring in resources that make our programs truly impactful—like housing support, life skills classes, and career counseling. Every decision I make is rooted in our mission, ensuring that we provide the support these families need for a brighter, sustainable future!
