What I Do As Chief Executive Officer, I provide overall strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization, advancing its mission to support, protect, and enhance John D. MacArthur Beach State Park. I work closely with the Board of Directors to set long-term goals, ensure sound governance, and maintain organizational sustainability. My responsibilities include managing daily operations, overseeing programs and partnerships, leading fundraising and donor relations, supervising staff and volunteers, and representing the organization to community stakeholders, government agencies, and the public. I ensure responsible financial management, compliance with nonprofit regulations, and alignment of all activities with the organization’s mission and values.
